hits the bottom line. It is for this reason we bill strictly by the hour.
You will find other companies bill a flat rate for a particular service. It is
our belief that we deliver the best solution for a reasonable price.
By billing by the hour, we don't have to set large flat rates to cover all
possibilities. You may have a virus, or, you may have over a hundred viri,
these issues will not take the same amount of time. We will provide you with
an estimate and notify you if we feel we'll exceed that estimate. When it
comes to computer problems, much discovery is made once on site, thus it's not
possible to give you an exact cost without padding it. This is why we bill
